“We went for the Wednesday Grill Night and had excellent steaks, great service, and enjoyed the free beer or wine with the steaks. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and came with good fries, a cooked tomato and mushroom. The bearnaise sauce was excellent. The meal was also excellent value. It feels like there is a lot of effort going into keeping this venerable old pub going, and as locals, we appreciate that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
